SPECTROPLUS dosing and mixing units

The SPECTROPLUS is a synchronous, gravimetric and/or volumetric dosing and mixing unit developed for extrusion processes and compound production.

This unit ensures perfect and constant dosing for continuous processes.

With its modular design, it can be adapted to the dosing requirements of a wide range of materials, from powders, granules and crushed materials to liquids and flakes.

With just one frame and designed for an application with up to eight dosing modules, SPECTROPLUS can be adjusted to suit the most diverse feeding requirements.

In addition, the synchronous dosing unit can be augmented with SPECTROFLEX dosing modules, which are also available in gravimetric or volumetric versions.

SPECTROPLUS is controlled by the SPECTROnet controller, which can control both the SPECTROPLUS volumetric and gravimetric dosing modules and the external dosing units.
