sCONVAC conveying station

The sCONVAC vacuum station, from the swift range by motan, is a central pneumatic conveying station designed to supply small material conveying systems in the plastics processing industry.

The system generates the vacuum required to convey plastic granules through a pipeline network to material loaders, ensuring efficient, clean, and reliable material transport.

Designed for central conveying applications, the sCONVAC enables small conveying systems to be configured in a cost-effective and flexible way. It is available with different blower options to meet the specific requirements of each installation.

Equipped with a quiet, maintenance-free three-phase blower, the system can also integrate a blower protection filter or, optionally, a cyclone filter with dust collection bin.

The VAC swift control system, featuring a 7-inch colour touchscreen, allows control of up to 8 sCONVEY HOS material loaders and up to 8 purge valves.
