PLC's - Control Systems

The management/control of all Motan equipment for processing raw materials is carried out by the equipment on the control line.

The “Control Line” includes all the controls available in Motan systems, i.e., all the PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers) integrated into them for operating, monitoring and managing all the steps in raw material processing.

Within CONTROLnet, i.e., this PLC concept, there are LUXORnet, VOLUnet, GRAVInet and METROnet PLCs for drying, dosing and mixing, transportation and storage, which can be used as individual PLCs or together as an integrated network solution.

You can easily view all the PLCs used in an installation by networking them and using a Motan WEBpanel, a color graphic interface with a touch screen.
