Moldclean

Technotrans developed Moldclean, a equipment for removing solid waste from mold cooling channels, with efficient cleaning of mold channels in mind.

Problems with reduced water flow (the water flow is intended to cool or stabilize the temperature of the moulding areas) or even clogging of the circulation channels in the moulds have a major influence on production, reducing the quality of the parts, increasing the cycle time and, consequently, costs. With a well-cleaned mold, improvements of up to 40% more production can be achieved.

The Moldclean unit can simultaneously clean up to 8 temperature control circuits.
