LUXOR HD Dryers

LUXOR HD hot air dryers dry slightly hygroscopic granular material, or material with only external moisture, in an optimized and economical way for the processing process, removing surface moisture.

By preheating the material and thus freeing it of moisture, the decisive production parameters are better controlled.

The LUXOR HD series covers a production range from 7 to 1200 kg/h, with a capacity of between 30 and 2400 liters, and the dryers can be mounted directly in the opening of the processing machine or on a structure next to it.

All models are made of stainless steel on all surfaces in contact with the material and are completely thermally insulated, including the outlet cone. They also include a microprocessor temperature controller and a safety thermostat to prevent overheating.

They are also easy to access and clean, with a hinged top door and a large front door on silos with a capacity of over 100 liters.
