Hamos EKS electrostatic separator

Plastic/plastic separation equipment. This electrostatic separator can separate different types of plastic, regardless of their color.

This electrostatic separator allows a pure plastic fraction to be obtained through a dry separation process, with reduced processing costs.

Mixtures of different plastic materials, such as PVC/PET, PVC/Rubber, PS/ABS, HDPE/PP, PP/PS, ABS/PMMA, PVC/PE and many others, are thus separated efficiently.

For effective separation of the different polymers, the particles must be between 6 and 12 mm in size, dry and free of dust.

This equipment is essentially used in recycling plants.
